Child Care Center

The Northern Cheyenne Child Care Program is in collaboration with the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Cheyenne Nation (BGCNCN) Best Beginning Early Childhood Community Coalition to begin the initial planning stages to identify funding sources in order to build a Child Care Center to serve the Northern Cheyenne Nation.

The Child Care Center will succeed by offering Northern Cheyenne children a safe and secure care environment, and close personal attention. The goals of the center are dual-sided: to help parents feel good about the care of their children, and to make it a safe, educational, and fun experience for the child.

In addition, the Child Care facility will provide high quality early childhood learning with affordable childcare options. Beyond providing quality childcare, this new facility will give tribal members the flexibility and support to seek and maintain employment, go to school and increase income potential. This will ultimately increase workforce development and make a positive impact on tribal economic development plans for the Northern Cheyenne Nation.
